Classic Revival Kitchen
|

Inspired by the revival of Classic architecture in the 19th century, this
kitchen speaks to the notion of timeless style. By using White Frost on cherry
wood in an Heirloom finish and introducing a painted cooking center in Latte,
the space was lightened and brightened in keeping with a Greek Revival
aesthetic.
Other details that infuse European architectural elements are: Egg and Dart
mouldings; Tapestry doors with an embossed "string of pearls" inset panel; and,
scrolled cornices. The combination of architectural details, light finishes and
summery colors results in fresh, comfortable working and gathering space.
